Each widget is a lightweight, self-contained HTML page loaded via iframe. When you embed a widget on your site:
- It loads asynchronously and doesn't affect your page speed
- It includes a "Powered by CalcTheCost.com" link at the bottom (this is how we keep the service free)
- It works on any website platform — WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, Ghost, raw HTML, or any other CMS
- No JavaScript conflicts — the iframe is fully sandboxed
